What’s Expected of You
You’re going to have to want it. You’re working for free here…and we’re going to expect you to want to show up. But consider your alternative. You could PAY a college to “teach” you similar concepts and skills that may or not apply to real world situations ORRRR get invaluable knowledge with one-on-one tutoring (see our coaching fees) for contributing your time and energy to our endeavors.
In this role you’re not going to be pigeon-holed. You will be gifted with the opportunity to deliver productive results that you can put on your resume. Your days will consist of multiple changing of priorities and highly repetitive tasks. You’ll be asked to have an opinion. If you don’t have one you won’t be able to get away with that. We’re going to make you into a decision maker…who makes the right decisions.
Your hours will be shifting and days will resemble that of a true business owner. One where there’s always something else to do and everything is a moving piece in a big chess game.
It’ll be fun, stressful, strategic and WORTH IT.
