What’s passive income?
Passive income is money that rolls in into your bank account regardless of whether you’re actively trying to make money or not.
Think of it as putting in a little effort one time and then getting paid back on it potentially for the rest of your life.
Once you put in the work (writers) or invest some money (entrepreneurs and investors) you’ll be set up to collect a paycheck from money that comes in during all hours, day after day, with no further effort.
It’s like the stock market, but there are only ups. No downs.
Why no downs?
Because the investment is so minimal! Any serious investor knows that $10,000 is chump change and any good writer knows that expertise comes with practice.
In both pursuits you’ll be repaid in full.
But wait! There’s more.
With the right strategy (provided by GNQ) and the right people (we screen everyone for the IT factor) the sites we design, develop and monetize are a sure bet to provide a generous ROI for all parties.
The Pitch
Content is king. At least according to Google.
With that in mind I’ve devised a system to build, grow and dominate the internet with your help.
One of the hardest things about growing a successful online content business is finding the time and/or resources to commit to the project.
You’re only one person and as such you can only do so much. For all the aspiring internet marketers out there who have succeeded there are hundreds who haven’t.
Why do people fail?
- Lack of skills
- Lack of interest
- Lack of free time
- Lack of goals
With my idea I cross all of those things off your list because those are the things I enjoy doing.
All you have to do is pick you interest, show up, and pump out some content.
Wouldn’t it be great if we could join forces to make money. Be part of something bigger than ourselves? And most importantly…HAVE FUN DOING IT!
What’s in it for you?
- Apprenticeship
- Ownership in business
- Community of builders
- Sweet vacations
- Growth opportunity
- PASSIVE INCOME
- Do what you love!
- Instant Credibility / Authorship
As content writers you usually don’t get to pick what you write about. Now you can do what you love!
Here’s the deal

Hi, I am in process of building niche sites (“product reviews” style). I cannot create a content so I have to order it. My english speaking friend offered to help me with content, but he prefers partnership instead of paying per article. I know that main condition for success is really good, quality, optimized and as-soon-as possible published content. But I have knowhow (idea) and I can do other activities and tasks that are following after publishing content. So I need an advice: what share of profits I should offer him. Is 10% enough ? How much (in %) the content has share of whole niche site success ? He accepts that my project could fail and his effort might be useless and returns zero profit. On what terms should I take ? Thank you very much.
Hey Rob,
Hard to say. Do you have any history of success building sites? If you do then 10% is a fair place to start, but if you don’t I’m guessing the risk is higher for the writer and he may be less likely to take that. I like the idea of 10% for 50 premium/approved articles or 100,000 words, whichever comes first. That gives you enough to work with to actually make a profit off his efforts so that he sees a return. If you can get multiple people to jump on the same idea you increase your chances of success. Let me know if I can help guide you further.
