I’ve been reading every section of your blog and videos that I can. You mentioned in your video and I see it on your kid printable site about using images that are licensed (example Spiderman). Can you give some insight on how you can use that material
I think it’s definitely a grey area, but in general I think if you’re not selling a copyright or trademarked product then you’re less likely to get in trouble. The pages I was creating for that site were all free. In addition, it’s pretty common to get a cease and desist before an entity will ever seek damages against you so as long as you comply with those requests if you’re in the wrong then you shouldn’t have too much to worry about. I’m no lawyer though so take that for what it’s worth.
